These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of websites, online stores, portals, and related services operated by or on behalf of 3tree Marketing Company. By accessing a site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and any additional instructions displayed within the applicable store or program.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and only if you are authorized to access the applicable store or program. Some stores are private and may require a password, access code, invitation, company email, account approval, or other verification. You may not share restricted access credentials with unauthorized individuals.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, and promptly notifying 3tree of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity completed through your account unless prohibited by law.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings, production methods, and material variations may cause differences in appearance. Products, sizes, colors, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, substitute an equivalent component when permitted by the program, or cancel an unavailable item.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase or receive the selected items. Some orders require manager, client, budget, or program approval before they are released. An order is not final until it has been accepted and, when applicable, approved and paid. We may reject or cancel orders containing errors, suspected misuse, unauthorized access, unavailable products, or violations of program rules.

Prices and payment methods are determined by the applicable store or program. Payment may be made by credit card, company funds, account balance, invoice, or another approved method. You are responsible for charges, taxes, and shipping costs shown during checkout unless the sponsoring organization has agreed to pay them. Pricing or display errors may be corrected before an order is fulfilled.

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Timing may be affected by approvals, product availability, decoration, production schedules, weather, carrier delays, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss may pass according to the shipping method and applicable law. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Purchases are subject to the Refund Policy displayed on the website or store. Unless a store states otherwise, orders are final, with no refunds, exchanges, or store credits. Verified items damaged in shipping will be handled according to the Refund Policy.

You may not:

• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities, interfere with site operation, or introduce malicious code.
• Copy, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit site content, product data, or user information without permission.

The website, its design, text, graphics, product presentations, software, and other content are owned by 3tree, its clients, licensors, or suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client and third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website as intended.

The website may use or link to third-party payment, shipping, authentication, analytics, or other services. 3tree is not responsible for third-party websites, content, outages, or practices, and your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

The website and related services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3tree disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3tree will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or an online store. Where liability cannot be excluded, 3tree’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access to a website, store, account, or program when access expires, the sponsoring organization requests it, misuse is suspected, these terms are violated, or continued access presents a security or operational risk.

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy posted on the website or store. By using the site, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy and as needed to operate the applicable client program.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in Wisconsin, unless the parties agree to another process or applicable law requires otherwise.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the applicable store instructions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, order details, and any written client agreement, form the agreement governing use of the site and related orders. If a written client agreement conflicts with these website terms, the written client agreement controls for that client program.
